Sales are final once the files are delivered, unless the files are faulty.
Why sales are final
The examples on this site, and the free sample we send on request, let you check the data before you pay.
The dataset is sold for business use only, so the consumer right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply.
Faulty files
If the delivered files are faulty, or differ materially from their description on this site, we fix them or refund the purchase.
Report the problem within 30 days of delivery. Write to hello@allowances.dev and say what is wrong.
Errors in an amount
To report an amount you believe is wrong, write to hello@allowances.dev with the authority and the page. We check it against the source document. If the error is confirmed and you reported it within 30 days of delivery, you get a corrected file. Buyers of yearly updates also get corrections in every new release.
